When you use our "Join the Movement" form, we collect the name and email address you provide. When you contact us directly by email — including to RSVP for an event or reserve a seat at THE NAT GALA — we collect whatever information you choose to include in that email, such as your name, plus-one and organisation.

We do not use cookies, analytics trackers or advertising pixels on this site, and we do not collect information automatically beyond standard, anonymised server logs used to keep the site running securely.

We use the information you share with us to respond to your enquiry, process event RSVPs and seat reservations, and — if you join our movement — to send you occasional updates about THE NAT's events, campaigns and ways to get involved. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by emailing us at the address below.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted event partners, venues and sponsors solely where necessary to coordinate an event you are attending — for example, providing a guest list to a venue for security purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict our use of your information, or to ask us not to contact you further. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our site is intended for adults and is not directed at children; we do not knowingly collect information from children.
